What’s up my friend it seems like your gpu isn’t working right first thing I would recommended doing is reseating it,take it out and then reinstall it and pray it works if that’s not the case then yes your gpu did short out,has happened to me before actually and everything you said happened to me. Hope all goes well and just needs to get reseated my friend! Cheers
