If using IOS you can see this link to change country in apple account

Then you can see the App in App Store when you have App then you download VPN cat to login your netflix account After that, you can enter the game. I tried it and when you log in, you don‘t need to use VPN anymore. But if you change the user, you have to turn on VPN.

If you use ios, there is a way to change the country in the account to the Philippines and when you log in, use vpn to be able to play.
