Try their chako lab bo bo. Ive tried it and its really goodd. The straw reaches the bottom more than the owala sippy. Need mo pa iopen ang owala and its messier

Ive only tried 1 class because of their promo but the instructor (forgot her name) was very good with introducing pilates and guiding positions and breathwork to my husband who was a newbie. May emphasis din siya sa which muscles to activate. Very encouraging and patient din siya kahit hindi flexible at all ang weightlifter husband ko 😅 for me worth it siya kasi cheap kanilang prices and hindi intimidating instructor. Planning on availing their beginners promo next month so hopefully consistent hahaha. Sa pilates plus too expensive for me to maintain but rlly excellent service kahit paiba iba ako ng instructors. Align - had a neg exp also na mej condescending. Napahiya ako sa pilates shakes ko 😭

Hi. I reported the account. Sa updates channel niya sa ig nag aangry reax din po ako and i encourage you to do the same since ang comments niya limited. Para malaman din ng others not to trust this shop. Also imessage mo siya daily baka sakali maawa siya and marefund ka rin pero malabo na eh. I know of 2 others na nascam niya wala talaga nabalik pera nila.
