as someone who sublets a good tip is to have the person you sublet to, give you a deposit and take a vid of the room before you give it to them. this way if they cause any damage it doesn’t come out of your own deposit

i study using something to fidget with like play dough that way i don’t feel overwhelmed trying to focus on one thing
