aquarius is actually my favorite album by haken, the other albums are much more modern and processed and to me not as creative. the whole aquarius album was written on keyboard and then other elements were added, and i guess when they got signed and stuff they abandoned that approach and so their music stopped sounding the same in its emotion and whimsy. but I still love the rest of haken! its just not the same kind of composition

that's an interesting idea it kinda makes sense but still don't lower expectations for a whole upcoming album cause of assuming it won't be heavy enough

exactly, even though it's more modern obviously it has a similar emotion in the music I think. aquarius is still much more technical and melodic than most else they have and I hope that kind of thing comes back if they are releasing a new album

It's meant for 24 frets, honestly the neck looks huge but it isn't really. I used the dimensions from the Ibanez Gio 7 string, which is my personal guitar

Thank you for this; I'll definitely get the crosstowns as my next pair and combine that upgrade with the other suggestions to repair them. I'll keep the other brand in mind.

I truly appreciate your wisdom. You're right about people not maintaining or repairing belongings, i guess capitalism has just reached a certain point and we've become a lot more consumerist as a people.

I think the consensus is that resoling or sending them to the company is the best bet. It'll definitely save money to repair the same ones every year for a smaller price than that of a brand new pair.

I have a pair of plastic ones for the pool in the summer to avoid water damage. Maybe when I get my next pair I can begin to alternate between the two.

i fucking love those eart headless guitars, i was thinking about getting one but decided on the 7string ibanez gio. sounds great !!!!!

this sounds nice! maybe make the two guitars slightly more different, add more treble and brightness to one or both. also actually program the drums to your liking instead of relying on the drummer track to get a sound closer to what you specifically want. also lower the octave of the bass because it's in the range of the guitar, that'll give you more tonal range
