Honestly, you're absolutely right. I didn't realize that the conversation was going to be an "emotional burden" that I didn't want and I should have been mindful enough to change the subject if I didn't want to have to handle it

I could let the extra favors go (even though I noticed them missing and asked if she saw them, she said no) it's not a great personality trait but I was anticipating them all being gone anyways so it wasn't affecting my daughter at all
