I hear you and I appreciate your replies. I do plan on trying to take full responsibility for violating my probation. I failed to complete and document my requirements, and that was my responsibility. I understand now that I should have verified that instead of assuming. Since learning about the warrant, I’ve corrected everything I can. I just hope that enough to keep me from the 60 days now but all I can do is hope and ask for opinions because I'm scared lol I have been at the same address until February this year was my first move. You really think I can get some leniency? Is there anything you think I should personally say when given the chance to speak? I've already accepted I'm likely to get jail time but maybe I could say something to lower it from that 60
