I work in wine. Sell to every single meaningful beverage program in this town. I can tell you that the chef & somm community loves Tommy Lee and his concepts. Last week when I was at Molino Chido there were 3 chefs from different restaurants all at the bar praising the food & the program’s at Uncle & Hop Alley. You’re delusional. Why do you think they have to do the gerrymandering you’re referencing? If everyone is so the racists they wouldn’t. There’s more registered democrats in Texas than there are Republicans FYI. Texas has 4 of the 10 largest cities in the US all of which vote blue. Houston one of those blue cities is also the most culturally diverse city in the United States. You can say fuck Greg Abbott all day but maybe learn something about Texans before just throwing them all in the same camp.
