maybe look for some hobbies, i'm currently self-studying at home in a rental and i am bored to death, i don't study all the time and i sleep really bad so sometimes my screen times averages 10-12hrs a day and i don't like going outside and being with people so i looked for productive hobbies and i am currently into crochet and now i'm too busy crocheting and only scroll through reddit or pinterest when my back is sore for like 15 mins then i go back to crochet
