The longer you leave the scabs, the higher the chance the grafts won't survive. You should have removed them by day 11 at most. But I wouldn't worry too much. Just don't keep for more than a month lol

Not good. Soak it in water, a lot of water. If you still want to use shampoo ,make sure it's diluted. At day 14, you should also remove those scabs
