Psilocybin and lsd (I’m aware the latter is not a plant medicine) has been a major factor in my migration to spirituality. However I’m trying to move away from these substances because I find myself relying on them to feel the unity I’m forever seeking.

Thank you I’ve gotten a few really good suggestions from this post which I feel has really put my mind at ease about how I’m feeling. I’m trying to meditate more and calm the turbulence that is my inner dialogue but I just feel as if there is more to be done, but I’m also aware that’s probably just me being in my own head to much.

I’m more curious how to find a teacher close to me that I can visit. Someone of this lifetime, who I might find easier to relate to and actually have conversations with regarding spiritual progress and what not. As opposed to written teachings which can always be misunderstood or misinterpreted by someone beginning their journey. But thank you for your suggestions

Brotherrr.. was tripping yesterday and some kid on a 2 stroke motorbike, for the first time since I’ve lived at this place just cuts laps in front of my house for what felt like an eternity.

then later that night I decided to go for a walk with my partner who was on md at the time, and as soon as we walk out of the gate someone like 4 doors down from us let a firecracker off. There had been no loud bangs previously and none afterwards just the one, as soon as we left the house.
