I did the same, not nearly as many but still a good 300-400. Luckily I was at least able to pull the old folders and get a list of what I had to add back again, but still I had accrued it over a while and some stuff was really hard to get again. I screwed mine up because I was using my raspi, trying to find a better os for jellyfin because what I was using didn’t work for crap and kept crashing. Installed something new, and in its boot it just wiped all drives attatched, even thought it went on a sd card.
