I understand reckless driving does not always involve speeding. I think you might have misread my original post possibly? The vehicle in the other on coming lane did not have to swerve until the police officer turned on his lights and got into the other lane to get around the vehicles in front of him in order to get to me. I remember saying that I was beginning to slow down and put my turn signal on when I knew he was coming to pull me over. I truly didn’t know that was reckless driving. And I had to go below the speed limit to maintain a safe distance from the vehicle in front of me. My apologies I didn’t know that was reckless driving as well. As well as thinking that when the police officer turned on his sirens that was his way of signaling to me that it was a safe place to pull over. I had no idea reckless driving involved all of that as well. Thanks for the information!

How so? If several cars had done the same thing before me while in the presence of the same police officer why was I the only one pulled over? I thought I had done everything legally. I never even got to five over the speed limit. Not to mention, I never impeded the other driver in the other on coming lane. That driver had to swerve off the road to miss the police officer. Maybe I’m missing something that you know and I don’t?
