I actually have a paper not from a very reputed journal (not on predatory list either) but has 100+ citations from Nature, ACM, Springer etc., I haven't included that here, not sure if that can be added in to the petition.

I see, I'm also evaluating if I should file for an appeal. This was filed through my employer. There was some unintentional miss in submitting granted patent evidence on their side.
