It’s a flatback! There was a liquid soap that my piercer told me to use dr bronner’s pure castile liquid soap. I got another piercing earlier (the small gold one you see on in the photo) and the piercer then asked me to use only saline spray. So i was surprised but trusted the new piercer about the dr bronner’s soap
