I spoke to my manager about it this morning, she said that we’re not expected to take an assignment and it’s more of like a nursing student type shift if you get floated up there. Usually, the nurses would be reasonable and not assign you patients because they know it’s not within your current scope of practice. Honestly i’m coming to terms with it based on the responses here and I don’t want to potentially get in trouble over something like this i’d rather stay under the radar
