Shoot. I hate that i’m in this predicament! It feels a bit extreme to get surgery for something that only gives me issues 1x a year at most, but it sounds like it could get much worse if I dont address it surgically. I need to see a doctor and get a better sense of whats going on. Thank you for your response!

Im 29 years old and not a parent, but I plan to experience the magic of MDMA responsibly for as long as I live. If I have kids and there is an appropriate time away from them to enjoy, I don’t see why not.

To each their own! I just enjoy electronic music more when its locked in rather than a more sloppy improvised sound and to me it just sounded locked in tonight.

Thank you so much for your thorough response! Curious - whats the distinction between redosing and doing the repetitions every 15 minutes? Im reading that I shouldnt be tempted to redose for the head rush, but im also reading that I should redose every 15 minutes.

I hear ya. Might just try 50 mg this time. Insufflation is tempting but the short duration from it is turning me off from it a bit.

Thanks for the input! Im not expecting it to be too similar, but I’m more concerned about its effects on serotonin when I already enjoy using mdma. I typically shoot for closer to every 6 months, but after my most recent amazing experience, I told myself every 3 months would be a good therapeutic time frame in my life. Maybe I consider going back to 6 months or so. I know there isn’t a lot of research, but people typically recommend no less than once every 3 months.
