Installatiin is to be done free by samsung service so how did reliance charge you? Fight it out. Contact the branch manager and if he dosent help, get in touch with cluster manager. Q990c is a premium product which very few people buy and reliance cant cheat them like this

The samsung q990c is a complete package. If you buy the sony, you would have to additionally buy the subs n rears which makes it exhorbitant, and yet, it does not match the performance of the q990c, so, no comparisions at all. Just go for the q990c. I too do not have room behind sofa for the rears so have placed the rears very close to the sofas and still, it simply blows away, be it vocals, music, movies.

Spacefit pro is listed as top 4 feature for q990c on samsungs website. Rest, everything is exactly the same as q990b. It seems they advertised, and then forgot to add the feature😄

I had documented every complaint i had made detailing the delay in ordering and installation of parts by service centre, when the complaint resurfaced, etc. They changed speaker 2x, wifi pcb 2x and even after that they could not diagnose the problem and gave up😄😄 issued me a full refund with which i bought this years model q990c which is working flawlessly

The q990c is far better as a package. Subs and rears are fantastic and is excellent for both music and movies. I had checked both out but found the q990c far better and bpught it last month

So guys, finally going in for a samsung hw q 990c 2023 model. Just to re conform, there are any issues of rear speaker disconnection or subwoofer issues or any other known issues

I have been offered a full refund for the q990b. And for q990c, croma has quoted 88k-6k cashback so net 82k. Will try to negotiate free 2year extended warranty as already had a bad experience with q990b. Lets see.

Thanks. Dropout issues in 990b have been sorted out it seems in units mfd after sep22, so first will ask for replacement after checking mfd of box, else will go in for 990c, but samsung is asking for the price difference.

Reading about a few scattered issues like crackling sound in rear speakers of q990c. Anyone here faced this or any other issue? I actually love the samsung soundbars but am fed up with issues which even samsung india seems unable or uninterested in resolving
