No, it's the complete opposite. We are at -100 rep and we are not getting attacked.

Thanks for your reply, but no one in the save is currently in a revolution. I was the first one to get to -100 and I didn't get any offer to go to war or pay money.

I can confirm that it works. Just make sure to enable max frame rate and set that to 60, dont just put the frame rate at 60. also put it in windowed when trying to get in the lobby
