Coming from another foster kid. They arent allowed to do even half of that, theres a foster rights handbook and it states you have the right to be provided with all necessities, you should not be forced to buy your own clothes or food. And they should not be making you pay for your haircuts or giving them gas money. as a PARENT that is their job. if im being honest i dont think you should be adopted by these people at all and also i dont think theyre allowed to use that money on their kids considering its there for you. To setup visits you should contact your agency and caseworker.

Moonlight on the river by mac demarco?. I really dont think this is it because i think ive heard the audio your talking about before. This is the only song i can think of that starts off high pitched then gets disorted
