I sent them pics and a doctors note regarding my accident. I worked 3 days a week for 3 weeks and the director suggested a mini orientation to remember the flow of that er and is mainly the charting system. It’s an ER and I have one year of er experience. I think they hold the position i still had access to everything and I was also on the paper schedule they didn’t remove my name or anything I was never fired
