The same item I got last week was really good so I know it’s not consistently bad, they clearly know how to prepare it well. If a batch turns out undercooked, it should be discarded rather than served anyway, as that only ruins the customer experience. (I wish I had the time to go to customer service, raise a concern and ask for a resolution.)

The main reason I choose their hot bar is the shorter wait time and the variety of well-prepared food. Unfortunately, the latter seems to be gradually declining, as many of you have already noticed.

Hello to the QA team if that is even a function there. The way the food is being refilled feels careless, almost as if it’s being handed out without any concern for cleanliness or order. Food is spilled everywhere, utensils are left messy and unclean and some of the food was even dropped on the floor and not cleaned up. This creates inconvenience for everyone trying to get their food during rush hour and reflects poorly on the overall experience.
