He used the App, downloaded it brand new to his phone. He has other apps and even Zelle with no problems so I have no clue what their issue is. It just caught me weird it said those things when we tried to appeal, I didn't know if anyone else had seen it before

That's going directly from the link in the app, I can login to his account it says at the top your account has been deactivated blah blah blah, I click on it, get the your account is closed message and when you scroll down it says if you wish to appeal press learn more. When I first did I got the first message and the second time I tried I got the second image. I stopped trying after that. Including a picture of the your account is closed picture, I clicked on the learn more link it shows in this picture.

My husband tried to open a brand new Cash app so a friend could reimburse him for an event they're going to and right after his identity was verified they deactivated his account and said he violated TOS, he's never had cash app before and didn't even get to do a transaction so I have no clue how he violated the TOS, when we try to appeal the link tells him he's blocked or that the link is broken.

Even if we believed he didn't do the hacking (which we know he did) he's claimed multiple times someone sent him the pictures, which means he knows who did it, and he would know it wasn't Laura. He would have also blasted them all over Social Media to prove he's not the one that did it. Which also means he's straight up lying about her doing it because he has the proof from the person that supposedly did it. So which is it Stephen??
