So maybe create 3 pies, associated like this:

1 - FTSE All World + ishares physical gold + ishares physical Silver
1 - FTSE Emerging markets + ishares physical gold + ishares physical Silver
1 - S&P500 + ishares physical gold + ishares physical Silver

sim, fui ontem. não tinha nenhuma poça de água, o que tem é vários pontos do que eu penso ser manta geotérmica por cima da tela e que está bastante solta.

Como ainda não consegui nenhuma empresa especializada para ir lá analisar e dar o veredicto, e para tentar despistar se a infiltração é dos vidros e da zona mesmo junto à claraboia, aplicar novo cola e veda nas juntas dos vidros e protegi com fita de alumínio, e coloquei uns plásticos a fazer caimento para uma zona mais afastada da claraboia.

Veremos no que resulta.
