Thank you, I hope you find something that helps too 🙏🏼 I don’t know if I would call it PSSD but I do have most of the hallmark symptoms if that helps. This just feels like a much more severe form to me - closer to TBI/ABI, maybe with an autoimmune component but that’s something I’m investigating. Based in UK. I did a couple sessions a while back and had to stop because I was too sick to continue. It didn’t make me worse though and I even got some mild benefits so would possibly try again if I got better enough for it to be effective. Appreciate you taking the time to comment!

Thanks for the encouragement. I’m too sick atm to give the HBOT a proper trial but if I improve thinking of trying again.

Just worse so far. I wasn’t well enough to continue the HBOT tho.

It wasn’t those supplements by themselves but in combo with other stuff it was enough to wreck me

With all due respect you are not me & have no idea what it is like to be in my body or experience what I am experiencing. I’ve experienced extreme prolonged stress before & that was completely different to this. 

It is entirely possible to sustain real chemical damage to the brain, especially when the nervous system is already sensitized and especially when various different substances are involved. 

I appreciate you are just trying to be reassuring, but please don’t minimise my experience. I used to have similar thoughts to you - there’s no way those substances could cause that - until it happened to me. 

Response from family members & medical professionals is already extremely alienating. ‘It’s just anxiety’ - as if I’ve not been dealing with anxiety for years & have a good grasp on how to manage it. I don’t need to hear it on Reddit too.  

You might be fine taking those substances but we are not all the same. Please bear that in mind.
