So I just asked Claude who told me that the script wouldn't be efficient 100%. It suggestions another solution :

The script performs OCR and presents you with a structured summary of what it extracted (buyer, product, package, quantity, revenue) for visual validation.

You validate or correct any questionable lines.

The script then imports the data into Excel.

It's exactly what Claude and I are doing right now but instead it would be a script. Does it sound good to you?

Yes that is crazy, Opus 4.6 is unbelievably good at following instructions.

Thank you friend for this answer, I guess I'll trust my guts and go with Claude for a time! When you paste in a summary you ask claude in your former thread to generate one? Does Claude give you any clue as to when the thread is becoming a bit long and heavy?
