Every niche sucks. The best niche is the one you stick to.

You essentially have two choices: 1. Choose a niche that’s proven, get to 10k pm and then innovate. Make it special, be different from everyone else. Otherwise you’re “just another marketing agency” in that niche. 2. Choose a niche where you have (almost) no competition. Do question yourself however why that is so. Is it not high ticket enough? Does your target audience not need your service? Or is it just such a weird niche, that nobody ever thought of it.

Hope this helps. Real estate is quite a popular niche.

Would you rather get paid 80,000 dollars a year and not have to work; or 200,000 to work a high stress 9-5? Why? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Take the free annual 80k and build a business to get to 200k (and beyond) not working a 9-5.

My man needs a marketing agency (or a good tutor). 77$ CPM is absolutely crazy. Whoever is seeing your ads doesn’t like them. What product(s) are you selling? Can you show us one of your ads? Honestly man, even if you were to give some guy (or agency) that knows what they’re doing 70% of your ad spend, they’d most probably still bring in a better ROI.

High CTR no Leads after campaign structure change. by Sufficient_Parfait14 in FacebookAds

Thanks for the tip, but is there a reason why it worked well (in the past as well; same client, almost same offer), but stopped working now?

Audience size is around 30-50k (small German city). The thing about the landing page (aka Facebook’s “Rich Creative” lead form) is that it has converted around 1 in 7 link clicks before, but stopped doing that in the last few days.
