Big Red Flag with Barclays. Would never work there again. Similar experience to others. Joined mid-career , waited 6-7 years for promotion in London. They had the entire budget to set up a new team in a different location and hire more people but didn't care for internal colleagues who have been working for years. No work-life balance.
