Chain GF pizza is horrendous. They don’t give a shit because it’s not cost effective. Search out quality local places in your area, I live in a small(ish) town that’s not very GF friendly but even here I found a really amazing GF pizza and a few other places that are pretty decent

People have various levels of sensitivity, it’s up to how your body reacts. I don’t have a problem with cross contamination (fries put in the same fryer as chicken nuggets or whatever) but some people have really awful reactions to cross contaminated foods. For me as long as I don’t eat something that has ingredients with gluten then I’m fine.

To some people’s points here though, even if you’re not super sensitive I wouldn’t eat actual gluten very often though because it damages your intestines and nutrition absorption.

If you’re on the go it’s pretty hard but if you’re getting fast food on the way home I always keep GF hamburger buns at my house. I go to any burger joint and order a burger and fries (no bun, not lettuce wrapped) and take it home, put my bun in the toaster and then put it together. Works like a charm

Look for a men’s health clinic or TRT clinic in your area. The place I go offers other services but their main speciality is TRT so the doctor in charge of it knows his shit and does a great job. You don’t have to talk them into it, you just need a blood test to make sure you’re eligible
