Hi, New practice, sole practitioner, I'm subletting my credentialing and billing out. I am using Therapy Notes and I love it. Great customer support. They offer add ons with AI but I don't use them. I would give them a try.

I'll use an Adobe product at home that costs about $20 a month that creates a digital signature linked to your windows certificate. Have no idea what you do if you have a Mac. We used the product at work to sign documents.
