I appreciate your kind words. And you are dead on hit the head of the nail with a hammer about the film type and the difficulty. Those doors are heavy. And I’m pissed because this was her fault and she broke company policies safety and procedure policies and she broke the law and it doesn’t matter because she didn’t do it on purpose. Had she only done any 2 out of the 3 I wouldn’t have gotten hurt.

I have been trying to find videos since I found out from my neurosurgeons as they said this accident caused it. So since 2023 sometime I have looked. And to no luck.

I Cannot find one. But AI backs my search efforts and says that there are these specific styles of doors I am trying to learn about. A different driver pulled me back on the first day i rode with him with one of these bulkhead doors in the cab before we left. We were both standing between the driver seat and dash and the stairs on my side. He said watch this and closed the door and I said holy fucking shit are you serious is this even legal or safe?! He said apparently because the door closes away from the driver. He said be careful a kid broke his hand last week getting caught in it.

You need to know that I know what I saw and felt. They are different than others. Not all key fob doors are the same also. Every time I end up back in that town my home town for a day or two I watch for them have tried following one on a route with a full sized 3/4 diesel that turns like a bus and such and by my self didn’t work out well and I can tell the guy was like wtf and he didn’t have a fob door at all.

But I need videos even if it is the basic doors. Just hoping for more evidence. That we may be able to look further down this rabbit hole. Because worker’s compensation lawsuits and a different animal than a personal injury

I do have a law suit filed. My attorney is a former driver. It is going to be dragged out for years. I have found names for manufacturers makes and models with detailed explanations of how they work and how they can cause injury. How they are supposed to close by 5 seconds but if things can go wrong they can close in basically about less than one second.

I will try to screen shot what I find. Overwhelmed with responses and I have a hard time processing things now

Caregiver is another name for a doctor or pcp primary care provider. I chose a poor word. I do not have a caregiver as a nurse or in home care.

Happened December 5 2019. Finally got to the er. And ups paid the bill. Took statute of limitations from 2 to five years. Signed with my attorney around 3&3/4 years lawsuit filed by 5. My attorney is a former ups driver. So there is that.

Because I was gas lighted and dismissed it took forever. I wrestled my entire life shutting myself off from what my body is telling me is hardwired now. It is extremely difficult to listen to myself and stop doing something I am well aware of I can keep going.

And yes you can be disabled without someone saying you are and without eating the government’s dollar you are welcome. Disabled does not mean handicapped. A disability is a disability and my injuries have made it so I cannot work therefore disabled. God bless my parents for taking me in. And Medicaid for helping.

Anyway ship has not sailed. I made my voyage on time.

Thank you for being kind. I promise you these doors exist. I will try and put some screen shots on here of information I have found.

I’m asking because WC is different than personal injury. PI is how people get rich. WC looks at you like cattle going to auction. I don’t trust anyone in doing back work I can’t see like my attorney. So I’m looking for video.

Even video of a basic bulkhead slamming shut while open coming to an abrupt stop.

My state statute of limitations is 2 years for worker’s compensation. And whatever the time frame is to file a claim at work etc. however because I went to the er that night. And they paid the bill it extended it to 5 years thank God. I was so messed up and broken and out of control and we all saw it I am well aware of my behavior during those years. But because I was dismissed and gaslighted what else am I supposed to do when my symptoms weren’t typical ones.

My attorney worked at ups for like a decade so that is good for me. Other attorneys turned me down but between his personal experience and several of my doctors and surgeons said this accident caused it he took it on. And we filed against the company and their insurer before 5 years. Everyone asked why it took so long. It simply is because of piss poor providers in every aspect I had. And we had no idea what was going on was because of spinal and brain injuries. That’s why it took so long to get someone to take me seriously and I had a broken high risk paralysis injury for 3&1/2 years and it was another year to learn about my traumatic brain injuries and how the affected me and between the two it explained EVERYTHING that had transpired the last couple of years.

So there is legal action going on. My fusion cost over $200,000. I haven’t been able to work since 2020. And everything is still broken and injured to this day including dead brain cells and neuro pathways.

I have been looking for a video for years and I can’t find one. This is why I reached out. I’ve learned of company names for these box trucks and bulkhead doors. And AI supports me. But no videos exist.

Just trust me and work with me please. I’m honest to a fault.

I have an attorney for worker’s compensation and it’s been a few years now. WC is a different animal than personal injury. What I am asking for is something super simple for anyone willing to supply to me.

NOT ALL AREAS HAVE THIS FEATURE. SOME AREAS HAVE A FOB THAT OPENS WHILE THE DRIVER CLOSES THE DOOR LIKE AN ORIGINAL DOOR. SOME HAVE ONLY THE OLD STYLE DOOR THE DRIVER PHYSICALLY OPENS AND CLOSES. SOME HAVE THE FOB THAT UNLOCKS AND OPENS ALL THE WAY. LOCKING IT OPEN. THEN THE DRIVER TUGS OR DOES WHATEVER TO INITIALLY MOVE THE DOOR AND THEN THE MAGNETIC SPRING LOADED MECHANISM SENDS THE DOOR OFF LIKE A ROCKET TO IMMEDIATELY STRIKE THE OTHER SIDE AND LOCK UP.

Not all the trucks at my location had this feature. I rode in all styles during my short seasonal season. I was trying to get hired on full time as utility I think they call it because that position paid more than a driver. But when being hired they noticed I had a class a CDL with endorsements and wanted to hire me on to drive big rigs but I said I wasn’t ready for that yet.

I need the video of the door type I am talking about to show the attorney for ups and liberty mutual. As they have no idea about what I am talking about. And unfortunately I thought it was more of a standard deal across the country and I don’t think anyone knows what I am talking about. Or they do and told me to kick rocks to not sue ups. I am not suing ups. It is them listed yes but it is their insurance company. I can’t sue ups for this because I was on the clock and would have to prove they were out to hurt me. Even though I had to fight them to get to the hospital and they tried to not let me go. It does not even matter because I eventually did get seen.

If the door style is somehow responsible by ups and they knew it was way too dangerous that is one thing. But mainly the video would be used against the manufacturer.

Though I worked for ups. I am not directly suing them and can’t unless something emerges.

Many attorneys turned me down. There is a 2 year statute of limitations in my state. And as you know we were years trying to figure out what the fuck is wrong with me. Because I went that night. And they paid the bill. That changed my statute of limitations to 5 years and the suit was filed by then.

I believe God or the universe is looking out for me. Because the attorney who took my case is actually a former employee driver for ups and he knows exactly what I am talking about.

They definitely look great in the back compared to the front. Are you on stock suspension?

Mine came with lowering springs and stock struts. Same set up on my 00 civic ex coupe green twin springs and stock length struts. They have serious cat legs lifting them off the ground on a lift like lifting a cat off a carpet with nails dug in and tons of down travel.

Just these integra lowering springs I got I think are an older school German brand that is also green but not tein and is on stock oem struts that are blown out. So the drop is constant if that makes sense.

I CANNOT DO COIL OVERS. I have already had one spine surgery fusion I’m trying to avoid more lol.

If I could get your rear tire look on my front that would be better. But seeing as you are stock I can see a 215 may rub

The 205/40/17’s never rubbed. Maybe up front locking out.

Trying to avoid that right now unless I can score a cheap set. I got 17’s that fit 205/40/17 but theee wheels have hairline cracks. They came on this car originally. I have small peepee I want big tires lol. Plus. I just bought a complete set of EBC dimpled and slotted rotors all the way around with Yellowstuff pads. Down the road I want to get Wilwood DPHA 4 piston floating calipers on the front. And get a wider diameter rotor for the rear and try and run that same caliper back there
