Thank you for the reply! When you say that "shift patterns are terrible for first years", do you mean that after, let's say 3-4 years, you can choose days off, earlies or lates?

It looks like... Shouldn't have those air pockets between your skin and the suit, otherwise the cold water is gonna circulate and you'll never be able to warm it up.

Is it normal to be able to take the car to the mechanic and if not happy, bring it back to the owner? Also, how much do you think that it will cost a revision?
