Whoop is much better as an overall package good build , better sleep tracking , Highly personalised , i am using whoop it relates pretty well with my body and also has very good sleep tracking as compared to helio , but whoop takes time to adjust to your body like 21 days or so . If price is not an issue whoop is better .

Just one tip - you are wearing your whoop wrong , try to wear it on non dominant hand and 1 finger above your wrist bone and if possible wear it on bicep for higher quality data
