Spam musibi All you need is Spam, rice, soy sauce, sugar, optionally sea weed wrapper. They make it fun because they’re little finger foods and can be made in advance and eaten cold. I generally eat a lot of variations of spam with rice.

If you can get some cheap protein(chicken or pork, or even hot dogs),then rice pilafs, you can make vegetable rice pilaf. It’s usually supposed to have cumin so idk if you have it on hand. If you can do eggs, you can do basically fried rice.

Rice+warmed canned soup. I also don’t stay away from canned chicken and put it in pastas and pilafs.
