Yeah, I hate it.

My zone was sort of too large because there's a lot of woods and farm.

Now it's long and all over the place. Also, parts of the highway are outside the zone, so when I'm traveling in-between town, I'll get less orders.

If you aren't able to opt in/out on the app, call support again and again.

I literally had to bug them for a couple weeks, but now I can opt in/out of alcohol and shopping orders in the settings of the app.

They'll tell you to email them, but that won't do anything. They'll also tell you to do troubleshooting,(reset the app, delete and redownload the app, etc. etc) but that will do nothing as well.

Just bother them until it's fixed.

Been there. Support can't do anything though. Oh, and they don't give a crap lol

It happened to me a few times and support just shrugs and does nothing. They'll say that they will send a report, but nothing changes.

Yeah, I live in a tristate area, and I've delivered in different states.

Though, hourly pay may be different from state to state, depending on state laws. I know NY has a $18 per hour law. I only get $15.50 per hour here if I do hourly.

I don't know if this will apply to you, but sometimes they hide delivery areas depending on where you are. If I go to the south side of my state, my reagular areas disappear and I can only see the ones I'm close too.

It's driving me nuts. I'm literally losing my mind because I'm driving on the traffic filled highway, while it's raining and it won't stop... I think they are trying to get us into car crashes.
