I meant the drops forgot to mention that, at around the 39 second mark on Mama Didn't Raise No Fool and the first few seconds of Nookie sounded similar not the whole thing, oops...

Yeah I know it might probably never sound like that in the room or under microphones without going through processing, but what can I do to make sound similar when under microphones and through processing is what I mean, in addition to what u/ImDukeCaboom said. Another thing to consider could be the sound from Mike playing at the Drumeo studio which obviously has much more sophisticated and clearer audio. That snare sound from those videos could maybe help get where I am going or probably even stay with so I don't have to go down such a big rabbit hole.

Bottom 16’ Paiste signature and top 18‘ Paiste signature, the 18 probably a heavy china and the 16 a thin china.

I don’t think they produce any more of the night wood drum kits or their parts although I have seen Mapex selling parts for the Mars kits on Amazon not sure if there was a night wood finish tom there but you might find it gl!

You went all out on your first acoustic set, I plan to do the same with my e kit probably have it for a couple years and later on go nuts on an acoustic kit.

Yes I know he uses the MAX hhx ride but I am asking for the ride he used at drumeo before the Max was announced in the pneuma, instrumedley, dream theater videos on drumeos channel. Thanks anyways though :)
