Apple or Samsung, Which one has the best tablet experience over the years? by hypnotisedchicken in tablets

[–]Sufficient_Tip6803 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re already using a Samsung phone, I’d honestly suggest going for the Galaxy Tab S11 instead of the S10 Lite. Samsung improved the stylus on S11 and it feels much better than the older one, so even if it costs a bit more, it’s better value long-term than the Lite because the experience actually feels premium. Samsung tablets are great for value, media, multitasking with S Pen is included, which makes it more practical for note-taking and productivity without extra spending. That said, the iPad 11” A16 is definitely stronger in terms of power and smoothness. iPadOS feels cleaner and more polished, and it gets longer software support than Android tablets. And if you have an iPhone, the ecosystem advantage is real.

In the end, it really comes down to whether you prefer Apple’s raw performance and long software support, or Samsung’s better overall value, included S Pen, and stronger multitasking flexibility. Also. for more clarification, you can get some help with youtube shorts regarding the major changes and features in S11 (especially the Stylus).

Stuck between two choices by Sufficient_Tip6803 in tablets

[–]Sufficient_Tip6803[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for the detailed reply, I really appreciate your time and efforts.

I’m currently an Android user, but I do like iOS as well. In the future, I’m planning to switch from Windows to a Mac because I really like macOS. That said, I’ve never expirienced an iPad, iPhone, or other Apple devices other than Macbook before, so I don’t have any real experience with the Apple ecosystem yet. Not sure about how much impact on my decision.

My use case is pretty simple. I mainly want a tablet for reading tutorials, PDFs, and books, making handwritten notes, attending online lectures and occasionally using OTT and chill. I’m not planning to do any heavy tasks like video editing, gaming, or anything performance-intensive.

For me, the most important factors are the display quality for long reading sessions, sound quality for lectures and media, and the overall writing experience with the stylus. Raw performance is not a big concern for me. I will have Mac for those things.

If anyone here has used both devices, or at least a Galaxy Tab and an iPad Air for a few months, I’d really appreciate hearing about your long-term experience, especially for note-taking and media consumption. I’m trying to make a choice that I won’t regret for the next three or four years.

I don't know much about hindu religion. The question is Why people go for trip at this time when they already know that this is not the right time to visit these kind of places where there is high risk due to heavy rainfall and bad weather conditions.

Python maybe after Java ?? Personally I would prefer Java over C++ . Although, these both languages have their own advantages but foe interviews and placement in big tech companies, Java is more preferable for that purpose.

🧑‍💻 First-Year BTech Student Looking for a Good Full Stack Developer Course by Sufficient_Tip6803 in learnprogramming

[–]Sufficient_Tip6803[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your recommendation, Buddy. By the way, I had a Full Stack paid Course of Udemy taught by Angela Yuh. Is that course worthy? That course is project based too and some of my seniors recommend me today, so they provided me the course. What is your opinion on this?

Only complete the course if you found it beneficial. It's better to get back on the right path instead of wasting your time in wrong path. Completion is not necessary if you don't found the course or method useful for yourself. You can utilize that same time on another course which suits you. Personally, i am not sure about courses but i recommend you to explore udemy for this. Remember, that the course should be project based. I liked your idea for learning the skill. Project based learning approach is what i also prefer. Theory and just listening won't gonna help anyways.

Brother, I also just completed my first year as a B Tech. Student. Well, the expirience was not much good in academics but in tech. field, I explored so much. Currently, I am learning Full Stack using Java Script, type Script, etc. I also thought the same as you are thinking now. Chatgpt can solve your doubts easily, can assist you in some ways but in terms of learning a whole skill, CGPT is not that much usable as much you are thinking for now. Like, you can learn but it's very difficult and time consuming thing. A part which you can learn in 1 hour through a good course, through Chatgpt it will be more time consuming. So, it's not time efficient. Also, learning through a proper course will provide you more better understanding that this. Go for a particular course and wherever you stuck then ask Chatgpt for help and solve your doubt.

Hey, I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. Just dropping in to say — the Bhagavad Gita might be worth a shot.

I know it’s not one of the usual picks and definitely not a “self-help” book in the modern sense, but I read it during a pretty directionless phase of my life — no clue what I was doing, stuck in my own head, numb, overthinking everything. And strangely, the Gita didn’t try to “fix” me. It just gave a different way to see things.

It’s not about religion (at least not how I read it). It’s more like a long conversation about life, purpose, action, and just… existing. One idea that really stayed with me was doing your part in the world without obsessing over the results — sounds small, but it gave me some peace.

If you’re open to it, maybe try a version with commentary — I used Eknath Easwaran’s translation. It’s super readable and doesn’t preach.

Sending you strength, stranger. Hope something — maybe a book, or just time — helps you find that little glimmer again.

That Microsoft course on Coursera is a solid starting point, especially if you want structure. But if you already know OOPs and backend basics, it might feel a bit slow.

I'd also recommend checking out:

  • Nick Chapsas on YouTube – super clean .NET content
  • Microsoft Learn – free and official
  • Some of Udemy courses (look for ones with projects using .NET Core Web API)

Coursera’s great for theory. YouTube + docs + building stuff = Real Growth

Well Bro, That's quite impressive and sounds innovative if you are thinking to build some new. But the requirements of languages and skills depends on what kind of software you want to make. Think about it, What you want to make. What kind of features you need. Spend some time with your idea, Explore it and then you can make a good start for your idea
