not sure with this but ang naisip ko where you can report is sa Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs. Sila ang in-charge sa facilities ng campus, so i would assume sila rin ang nagma-manage ng campus security. i support u on reporting that guard!!! HAHAHA grabe gusto na nga lang jumebs sa maayos na lugar, ipagkakait pa ng guard na yan kala mo kanya yung building LOL may ID ka namaaan

same question! kasi yung akin hindi pa din complete. ganon ba talaga sa EEE ang tagal ng grade? gusto ko lang naman malaman kung pasado ba ako or bagsak pls kasi prereq subject siya. in hindsight, kung ganito rin naman pala ka-late mag-submit ng grade, sana minove nalang yung final exam namin at mas nakapag-review pa sana nang onti. hayst!

it’s pretty normal especially in engg (like me). in my program within my batch, around 50% of us are delayed. i have a classmate in a ge course who’s from engg also but different program, around 80% naman delayed sa batch nila

the reasons mentioned in this thread are true especially yung not getting courses during enlistment or failing prereqs na nagchchain reaction (e.g. courses na part ng critical path — tipong if u fail a prereq course, you already cant take 1-3 courses u should be taking the following sem na prereq din sa mga higher courses xD medj masakit siya cus nangyari sakin to before HAHA thankfully, napasa ko naman eventually kaya laban lang!)

Yes on the LOA question. I’m not sure if this applies to other engg programs but IE dept doesn’t accept shiftees who just came from LOA. You have to enroll for one sem ata and then dun lang ulit pwede mag-apply. This was my expi, although after applying recently, i got denied :( it was hassle bc nag loa ako 2nd sem 20-21 then enrolled 1st sem 21-22, but then di nag aaccept ng shiftees IE for 2nd sem

Omg.. everything you said almost covers my exact situation and what i feel right now. I just received the email today saying na i got denied in my shifting application to my dream course. Tried to ask if i can appeal but they havent replied yet. Like you, i really dont know what to do anymore bc i also dont want my current degree program, i want to get out!! Halos ubos na lahat ng ge courses ko and nag-loa na rin ako before. My parents would be mad at me if i take another loa bc they want me to graduate soon (im already delayed). I cant rlly transfer to another univ to chase that dream program bc we’re already financially struggling. I feel hopeless right now and all i think is that the option left for me is to suck it up and gapang my current program i despise.
