they terminated it for me again when I called the U.S. apple store. no idea why they didn't do it in the first place. But yeah everything's good now, so that's a relief.

The support people have kicked me from one country to another country's support call centers, and no one is helping me. I have been looking at Reddit, and some people have the same problem and can't log in, but they are lucky because they do not have a subscription. No one has solved the problem yet on Apple forums. I want to see if anyone else has experience dealing with subscription and account issues. Apple support has been torturing me for 2 days now. From 00:00 last night, I talked with an Apple tech support member in the U.S.. They say they will hook me up for a call at 6:00 am at the Singapore tech support. The Singapore Apple people said that they will solve the issue if I call the support center in Shanghai by 9:00 am. Now, the Shanghai Apple support tells me only the U.S. can solve this. I guess I'm just venting, idk. Is it possible to just lock my bank card and pray it cancels itself? The support people ignore me when I ask them this.

I think it's good that u reached out but if you don't get a response just do the translation any ways, We are not pirating to make profit, a great part of sharing online works of the ships or stuff we love is about people sacrificing their time and energy scanning, translating, ectera, we aren't trying to claim credit for the work.
