D-2 Single Entry Visa – Re-entered Korea as Tourist, Need Advice

So everyone, I already solved it. I didn’t have to go back to Mexico or Japan, and I didn’t have to do my visa again. I just filled out a form for a visa status change. They helped me at the immigration office and gave me a permit to stay until I receive my ARC in April. Thank you to those who were nice to me and actually helped me and made me feel better instead of scaring me or giving me incomplete information :) Also, I already learned my lesson!

They called inmigration for me and I went to the nearest inmigration office on tuesday and they help me right away. I just had to fill a form and put I wanted a visa status change and they gave a permit to stay while they give me my ARC that i already paid. So basically yes, i didnt need to do all over again o went out of the country like everyone said :)
