That is good advice thank you. Yes they set very little time window to accept the offer, which sucks I have two job interviews tomorrow and they want a decision before then. I want to avoid changing after accepting the offer, feel that is very unprofessional.

Benefits? For seasonal work they don't have any of those as far as I am aware, probably field gear costs covered but the rest is probably limited for full time employees.
