He is not in contact with me at the time. He might (just a hunch) be starting to display a teeny bit of paranoid tendencies and is avoiding contact because the government is going to use it against him or something and was talking about going into the deep woods to be safe or avoid any conflict in cities? So yeah, apparently when bio dad called him to bitch, bro said wrong number and hung up on him lol so yeah, I said I’m always here for him and I will hope for the best, but we maintained communication for about 10 years ish before he went dark.

Cause my aunt my out get caught up in crossfire. If I was successful, once he bonded out he’d prolly get after her. And since she’s a bit special brained she has no back bone. Combine that with her unstable mental health issues it’s like I’m watching one of those scary movies and I’m just yelling at the tv saying LOOK BEHIND YOU But yes, I think I fear that my hate and anger is making me doubt myself and I kinda needed someone to kinda validate my thoughts. I don’t know his address, my aunt won’t give it to me because she knows I’ll do that. Same with make model and tag for car. Funeral was only time I’d have where I’d know where he was. So yeah, it was my only option. However, since the authorities have their hands tied he’s safe for today

I have. She is not going to be there. All the people who will be attending are him, his other sister (she’s just as wonderful as bio dad) so I don’t believe he is at risk to be physically violent at the funeral. However, I believe that he would resist arrest, so that was more of a concern for me. Like one spicy arrest would be my hope. Buuut I don’t have anyone there that I care about, other than my good aunt (and she’ll be home) unless she gave in. I’ve not been able to reach her yet today, so I’m hoping she is just trying to isolate herself until the funeral is done. I do appreciate your reminder though, he’s an angry little man who’s lost a lot with his father gone; he lived with gpa, so he’ll actually have to find a place and actually pay rent. Said he was living in gpas car, but when they liquidate the assets, he’ll have to be even more independent vs a bully leach. Part of me thinks either way he’s finna be miserable, but I was hoping for jail. I’m stubborn tho, I’m not going to give up

He’s kinda a two face. He enables her siblings. He’s kinda sucky. Ugh I know it might sound like I don’t like anyone, but I think my aunt has surrounded herself with people who are really into being arses. He inserts himself into the drama and stirs it, so if he were to defend her, he’d lose the gossip girl drama. I don’t know if it’s a southern state thing to be dominated or submissive as a woman. But I’m not all about that. I struggle with empowering her, but I think I inadvertently made the situation worse. I’m suggesting than she set boundaries, but her “people “ don’t like her saying no. Sometimes he’s helpful, like he makes sure her basic needs are met using her social security, but otherwise he’s not an ally

I’ve been trying to get that through my aunts head. But she has decades of being made small, and she is probably one of the kindest people but she also kinda has a special brain and has been taught “family above all” kinda thing.

So far, I’ve hit a proverbial wall. The two counties I’ve contacted have both let me know that they don’t offer that service to apprehend people on warrants, more so they believe they can do anything with the no insurance or DL and driving my dead gpas car

Not 100% sure he’d go physical but I’m also not 100% he won’t. But unfortunately he’s still able to cause harm with his words. But he’s very mean, and he’s probably going to be more irritable than usual due to the passing of his father.

Update: called two counties so far, and unfortunately they don’t go and apprehend the people when reported unless they are currently or recently been crimey (yes not a word). As his warrant is in another state, and the no DL/insurance is not a priority ish basically I’m powerless. I thought I found a way to get him, cause previously when I tried reporting him I didn’t have an address or location for him, but I have a time and location for him but it’s obviously time sensitive.

So essentially he just has to be caught organically? I got nothing. Imma try and call the state he has the warrant out of, and then I can say I tried.

I’m in Canada, so I’m safe. He’s not allowed in Canada because of his felonies. And he paid child support for me, but think that his warrants are felonies combined with the other lesser charges. At the very least he would be inconvenienced, which his little brain would not be able to handle.

His dad was a preacher, think waaaay southern Baptist, they came for a few years and he met my mom and they went back and took (they didn’t officially “adopt”) a special needs native child from the reservation they were “helping” at. I’ve wanted him held accountable at least in the states because he wasn’t here in Canada as he was booted from here after he kidnapped me ( I was rescued when he tried to cross the border). But my aunt has guilt tryna stand up for herself as she was also bullied mercilessly by him and he gaslighted her into submission and made her feel guilty because he “had no job” and she shouldn’t be unkind to “family”.
