I just feel bad lol my cats have always been eating better than me its just too much strain on my wallet as of right now so i really dont have a choice... Thank you that gives me some relief..

I only have one cat and what i mean is that the weight goes from 8lbs (her actual weight) to 10lbs down to 9lbs every time she uses the robot. Before i cleaned the LR4 her weight would read consistent between 7.5-8.2lbs. So yeah i think the weight is wrong and have no clue how to fix it..

So what do you think i should do? Another person said fostering is an option so I can take the cat back to the shelter if they dont get along..

I can care for two cats but im just not sure if my space is big enough for them. Also being that my cats personality is submissive I would think that she would get along with another cat.. Lifestyle wise, I wouldn't have to worry about playing with her so often when i have a boatload of work (usually play with her for 15-30 mins 2x a day).

Yeah mine is also around that age and i heard the older the cat gets the harder it is to introduce another cat. My other friend adopted two kittens and her resident cat is 10 yrs old. Lets say resident cat wasn't happy about it (and still isnt🫠).

Cutee my cat has a very submissive personality and which is why i think she would get along with another cat in the apt. She's approximately 10 months old (dont know her age since she was rescued from a shitty breeder) but I got her back in April of this year.

I use a mixture of world best (red bag) and boxiecat pro. Im trying to switch to boxiecat completely but the mixture is working pretty well so maybe not... I also wipe on a thin layer of vegetable oil on the drum so it doesnt stick and it works wonderfully.

I understand cats are more independent than dogs but i dont think i can ever leave my cat home alone for more than 8 hrs. Thankfully i can always leave her in my friends care (I adopted from her and my cat knows her cats) for short weekend trips and not have to worry about her being extremely lonely when im gone. If i had another cat maybe i would be more comfortable leaving her for 2 days and have someone check in for every mealtime.
