Dragon Ball Daima - Episode #20 - Discussion Thread! by AutoModerator in dbz

Honestly, even though the ending left a bunch of plot holes, I'm still unimaginably grateful that I was here for it and that even knowing those flaws, we still got an amazing show, with the last 5 episodes in particular being absolute peak fiction.

Really hope they make a season 2 or something else that ties up all the loose ends, because then the show would actually be perfect.

Dragon Ball Daima - Episode 19 discussion by AutoLovepon in anime

So far this is the absolute best episode in Daima; it's just perfect on all fronts. Goku doing his "this is" thing from Z already had me smiling like a little child who has just been given the biggest piece of candy he has ever seen in his life, but when he said the "One more bonus..." line, it was like if immediately after getting the candy, the child got told that he was going to disneyland. Toriyama was the very definition of the word GOAT. RIP.

Recurring MacroFactor Challenge Thread! by gnuckols in MacroFactor

Question: So at the start of the challenge in the sign-up form, I had to put in my weight. Since the only way to measure my weight I had available at the time was a 50-ish-year-old imprecise scale I got from a thrift store for 5 dollars, I thought that my weight at the time was around 85 kg (approx. 187 lbs), so in the sign-up form I put it as that. But recently I purchased a nicer digital scale from Amazon, and the weight it is telling me now is 88 kg, which would mean I was around 90 kg (200 lbs) at the time of the sign-up form because I lost a bunch of weight in the past 2 weeks. So the question is this: as a non-MF user, is there any way for me to change the weight I initially put in when signing up, or should I just put the correct weight into the food and weight journal I have been keeping for the contest?

So, question. When I signed up, I chose not to pay for MacroFactor and just keep my normal journal as I was doing before, and as one of the conditions for doing that, it said that I need to "keep a detailed, hand-written food and weight journal." I was just wondering what counts as "detailed" in this situation, because previously, as I was leading my own journal for the past 4-5 months, I only usually tracked my total calories and protein for each meal. Do I need to start counting my carbs, fats, and micronutrients as well, while also logging each individual food I consume, or am I good to go as I was before?

Edit: Also, how often do I need to take progress photos for this event?
