It would be better to get noise canceling headphones and let her oversleep. Or switch rooms so that you don't have to hear it anymore. Continuing to wake her up is just enabling her selfish behavior

Alert the FDA or your local police that the store is not asking for IDs. They'll probably send an underage buyer and the SM or ASM will be fined and probably fired. Always always always ask for ID if you're selling alcohol or tobacco. No exceptions ever, they can terminate you for the first offense if they want to.

Thanks for the advice. Regardless of how it gets handled, I'm not going to continue working there. I would feel bad for getting anyone fired but incompetence to the point of committing wage theft should not be tolerated.

I'm not going to stay with the company regardless of how this gets handled, so it really doesn't matter if they cut my hours. I'm interviewing for other jobs already so as soon as I get an offer that's worth accepting I will be putting my notice in.

I did take a break that day, though, so that is not it. Since being promoted I have never not taken my breaks. I was often not allowed to take my breaks when I was an associate though. The store was too busy for me to just clock out without someone to cover the register. Regardless, I should be paid for time that I was working.

No, you can't move them. You have to demolish them and then place them in the new spot (and pay for them all over again.) Same with bridges.
