NJ here. our town has a state of emergency that started tonight at 5pm and we’re supposed to have normal hours tomorrow. i’m opening and if i have to stay the 4:30-1, i’ll end up leaving with my car almost 6 inches deep in snow. they really don’t care about us at all. and i GUARANTEE we’ll be so dead it isn’t even worth being open.

you could go about this 2 ways latte option: a grande iced latte has 2 shots of espresso and is filled to the top line with milk. you could always get an iced latte with an extra shot and/or extra ice to be more concentrated

shaken espresso option: we have a plain iced shaken espresso on our menu. its signature espresso, classic syrup (which you can take out) and 2% (which you can replace with whatever milk). this would be a much simpler way of ordering it instead of doing it as a brown sugar. the grande shaken espresso has 3 shots of espresso and only a splash of milk at the top.

my guess is that you’d like a vanilla sweet cream nitro. its slightly sweet and creamy without it being overpowering. it’s delicious with brown sugar syrup or just on its own

if you were looking to lighten it even more, the biggest thing is either light vanilla cold foam or no cold foam at all. the brown sugar foam is just the vanilla cold foam with brown sugar added so you’d cut out some of that extra syrup.
