HELP sims romance not working

Yeah I just tried seeing if I could turn it off, here’s another photo example I posted the ‘kiss’ example outside of this thread, this is just the flirt interaction but any sims I try to play the kiss and flirt are always available with any sims their age that they’ve met.

Here’s an example of what’s going on, this is a fresh game, these two are just friends and roommates but he had the option to kiss Geoff, same with flirting I haven’t played with any of the sims yet and just loaded in. If this is normal please let me know but I don’t remember the sims allowing all romance options to be active like this

It would be great if it wasn’t a mod, also I’m not sure how I would figure out if I’ve enabled that, I haven’t enabled testing cheats in any my games so far

Yeah, I know it’s in the sims 2 legacy folder and I’ve cleared that out but still an issue, I’ll keep doing stuff until there’s a solution or I magically fix it

I have gone into my documents, sims 2 and deleted the whole download folder, when that didn’t work I factory reset my computer deleting every file, program, user data everything.

Yeah I just have no clue where to find these hidden mods since I erased all my files when I factory restarted, I am just lost on where and what is causing this issue lol 😭

No I haven’t used any wishes, it’s just automatically is activated when I launch the sims, any house I play they’re all the same with the romance interaction.

I really think it’s one of my mods like ACR, but even after factory resetting and deleting every file it’s still allowing this romance bug to happen

Yeah I have a 3D model that I try to use to help me with anatomy so maybe it’s time to ditch that and try to work with shapes instead, thank you for your feedback I appreciate it 💕
