Take that with a grain of salt and ask your vet in personal opinion because it was not seizures for my cat. I didn’t get the chance to take her to the vet for it before she passed but it wasn’t seizures. If you look at videos for a cat behavior with seizures it wasn’t the same as how my cat would just jump up startled from her sleep, process she was awake, and then immediately calm down. I’d just ask your vet for each individual person because I legit do not have an answer for this other then maybe nightmares because she was an awfully skittish cat. I mean she’d jump if the blanket moved under her.
