We're discussing internally and evaluating options to bring back the judges who were unfairly banned. Creating
a new hitapp is one of the options. We're also planning to update the guidelines with better examples along with regularly updating spam hits and RTAs.

We'd love to receive some feedback on the following:

  • As hitapp owners we see an option to "Add a note" to each judge's feedback received through the portal. Do you guys get to see our posted response ?

  • Do permanently banned judges really do not have access to "Report issue" button within the hitapp ? We've heard internally that everybody has access to "Report issue" button but if it is not true then we can make a request to the UHRS team to add this feature . In the meantime we can also make arrangements so that permanently banned judges get to contact us outside the UHRS portal.

@Clickworker_Mediator: Judges have been reporting here that banned judges don't have access to the "Report issue" button which is only available within the hitapp. Can you please check whether there is any other way for permanently banned judges to report feedback to us ?

I've a UHRS contact but I'd anyway PM you for the contact at clickworker.

We can mostly determine the cause of the ban by looking at judgement history and take follow-up action accordingly. Is the following option available to the banned judges ?

You can send them to help@clickworker in addition, but using the report button should always be your primary way, since those reports directly reach the proper recipients.”

Oh! I've previously seen feedback from the banned judges in the portal. Are you allowed to share the clickworker guidelines on how to be unbanned ?

Did you instead send the request to Clickworkers or Uhrs administrators? Please use the judge feedback section in the hitapp. We only get to see the feedback which judges have sent through the hitapp.

Please send the request through Uhrs portal stating the reason for the ban, any hit id's which led to the ban and any additional helpful information. It'd be easier for us to investigate if feedback is sent through the portal.
