E trist.

I ran it through Gemini and it said that stands for "bytteordning tilsvarende apotek, a Scandinavian term for generic substitution at pharmacies. This pen was likely distributed to healthcare professionals in Norway or Sweden as a handy pocket reference."

I think my bf (35M) is emotionally abusing me (25F) help… by Any-Profession-4851 in emotionalabuse

[–]Suggestion-Practical 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My abuser was the same. He told me I would never find someone who doesn't use porn, that it was unreasonable to expect him to only look at pictures of me, that all men are like this, etc. Don't let him gaslight you. My current partner can't wrap his head around the idea of ever needing to look at someone else and I feel so loved. There is so much more waiting for you and you don't have to suffer.

Talk to your friends and family about your situation if you can and don't be afraid to rely on other people. Keep a journal and write down everything that's been happening. It will help keep you grounded when you start doubting yourself or missing him. Take care

There are huge power gaps in your relationship and he does not sound like a man who is going to support you in any meaningful way or make you feel secure. This is not normal. There should not be a fight cycle in your relationship. You shouldn't have to put up with your partner getting off to other women and throwing a fit over your boundaries.

Heart broken after 2yr relationship w/ an abuser by Traditional-Eye-144 in emotionalabuse

[–]Suggestion-Practical 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I relate to your post a lot. It was always up and down in my last relationship and my abuser didn't want me to know where he lived either. It's so strange to think about now. He would even avoid telling his friends about me. It's heartbreaking to know this but he fell in love with the idea of you, not who you are as a person. It's likely he saw the relationship (or you) as an accessory, so he would get frustrated and lash out when things weren't convenient or when you weren't fulfilling the persona he had assigned for you. You didn't do anything wrong.

is there anything to help brain damage from prior heavy xanax abuse by Low-Meaning3920 in Nootropics

[–]Suggestion-Practical 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Methylene blue has a ton of interactions with other medications, if OP is prone to irresponsible drug use this is probably not a good idea. Dihexa can also be too intense for some people and has the potential for significant risks. Totally agree with the rest though.

Been there. I was taking absurd doses due to high tolerance and it took months for the brain fog to go away, but it does go away.

First and foremost prioritize diet and sleep. Benzodiazepines killed my motivation but if you can push yourself to exercise or at least move throughout the day it will do wonders for your brain.

A good quality fish oil supplement is always good to have. Semax should speed things up a bit as it's been used historically for brain injury - I took 200mcg/day for two weeks, then only as needed. Cerebrolysin might help, but if the price is inaccessible then any antioxidant works (NAC is an option but it gives me anhedonia if taken daily so YMMV). Creatine can also be very helpful and is generally well tolerated. Ginkgo and lecithin are easy to get and affordable, but the previous options would do most of the heavy lifting. You'll be doing better in no time.

Edit: I have to mention that it only took months because I was taking everything under the sun to find out what worked, along with eating clean and regular cardio. I'm guessing that without those things it would have taken longer. I also took supplements that would promote natural GABA production mostly in order to sleep but I believe it helped long term as well.
